By using Kashmir Travel Portal and making any booking or payment, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services

We act as a facilitator between travellers and local service providers (hotels, houseboats, taxis, guides, etc.). We are not a tour operator and do not own any vehicles or accommodation.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay
  • Full advance payment is required for certain peak-season bookings
  • Booking confirmation is subject to availability at the respective hotel/transport

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.

4. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for cancellations or delays due to natural calamities, road blocks, strikes, political unrest, or government restrictions. In such cases, we will try to provide alternatives or issue vouchers valid for future travel.

5. Responsibility

Travellers are responsible for carrying valid ID proof, permits (where required), and following local guidelines, and purchasing travel insurance. We recommend all guests buy comprehensive travel insurance.

6. Changes by Service Providers

Hotels/taxis may occasionally change vehicle type or room category due to operational reasons. We will inform you in advance wherever possible.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir only.
