Nishat Garden (Bagh) Nishat Garden (Bagh) was designed and built in 1633 by Asif Khan, elder brother of Nur Jahan. Nishat Bagh, also known as the garden of joy, is a terraced Mughal garden sprawled along the eastern side of the Dal Lake, with the towering Zabarwan hills as its backdrop, in the city of Srinagar.
Shalimar Garden (Bagh) Shalimar Bagh is the largest of all the Mughal gardens in Srinagar. It was built in 1619 by Mughal Emperor Jahangir to please his wife Nur Jahan.
Cheshmashahi Garden The Chashmashahi or ‘The Royal Spring’ is one of the three Mughal Gardens in Kashmir. The garden was built around a fresh water spring that flows right through its centre and is the cause of the garden being named so. In the evening, shikara ride to the Dal Lake to visit Char Chinar. After a breakfast at hotel, drive to Gulmarg. Gulmarg (“Meadow of Flowers”), India’s version of a ski resort, is situated less than two hours drive east of Srinagar. You may still want to let the gondola whisk you more than 13,000 feet up Mount Apharwat for outstanding views. Apparently, it’s the world’s highest cable car. And, it’s very popular, so you should buy your tickets online to avoid a long queues. GULMARG, means, the place of roses. The town is nestled within the imposing Himalayan peaks, and lies within miles of the Line of Control. It receives heavy snowfall during the winter season and is a popular ski resort. It is the highest green golf course in the world. Gulmarg is among the most famous tourist destinations in India. In the Evening Drive Back to Srinagar for a dinner and overnight stay at hotel.
Pahalgam, the “Valley of Shepherds”, is around three hours drive from Srinagar and is near the departure point for pilgrims going on the Amarnath Yatra.
Pahalgam is a beautiful valley. Visitors commonly head to Pahalgam’s Betaab Valley (the Bollywood movie “Betaab” was shot there), with its fresh flowing Lidder River and surrounding snow-capped hills. The river is one of the favorite spots for trout fishing in the country. Rafting is also organized at this river. Aru Valley is a small yet self-sufficient scenic village located 12 km from Pahalgam. The drive up to the village is alluring too. In the evening, drive to Srinagar for an overnight stay.
Sonamarg an alpine valley is situated at the bank of Nallah Sindh, 87 km north-east from Srinagar, it is a popular tourist destination, nestled with in the imposing Himalayan peaks. Sonamarg, which means ‘meadow of gold’, has, as its backdrop, snowy mountains against a cerulean sky. Ponies can be hired for the trip up to Thajiwas glacier a major attraction during the summer months. Sonamarg mainly offers trekking adventure. Trekking can be undertaken to Thajiwas Glacier which is very beautiful. Sledging at the frozen Glacier is also offered by the tourists. Sonamarg is also the base camp to Amarnath Cave for the route of BAL Tal. Overnight in Srinagar
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Srinagar airport for departure.

We went to Kashmir in January for a week. Our trip was organized by Kashmir Travel Portal. It was well organized and everything was taken care of. The stay and food was Awesome. The trip package was very budget friendly but it was a value for money! Our driver and the guide were very helpful and gave us a good tour of the place! It was indeed a memorable trip! It was a beautiful and memorable trip for me and my family. Thanks to Kashmir Travel Portal who made it possible for us. It was a hassle free experience throughout the tour from pickup at airport to drop, well arranged and well supported. Hotels and Taxi were also luxurious and they arranged good food for us. People, places, Scenery and everything are worth praising. Kashmir is truly to called heaven on earth.
